Refund Policy

2021 NCLL Fall Baseball

NORTHRIDGE CITY LITTLE LEAGUE REFUND POLICY

If for any reason you wish to withdraw your child from NCLL and desire a refund, send your request along with your reason for withdrawing to [email protected]

A $25 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds.

Full refunds minus a $25 administrative fee are available upon request prior to try outs.

Generally, no refunds will be available after try outs unless substantial justification is provided to the Board of Directors. The NCLL Board of Directors reserves the right to adjust this policy on a case by case basis.

2021 Covid Refund Policy

The registration fee for this year is set regardless of whether the “season” consists of only training and practices, or if it advances to games. In the event that all baseball activities must stop due to health and safety concerns, partial refunds will be offered to all paid in full registered players as follows:

 Baseball Divisions:
If less than 4 weeks of baseball activities occur, a partial refund in the amount of $75 will be offered.
If between 4 - 7 weeks of baseball activities occur, a partial refund in the amount of $50 will be offered.
 If 8 or more weeks of baseball activities occur, no refund will be offered.

 Farm Divisions:
If less than 4 weeks of baseball activities occur, a partial refund in the amount of $50 will be offered.
 If between 4 - 7 weeks of baseball activities occur, a partial refund in the amount of $25 will be offered.
 If 8 or more weeks of baseball activities occur, no refund will be offered.
